Mr. Saini is a dynamic, high energy, result-oriented Customer Service and operations professional with over 11 years of experience.He has graduated with a degree in English (Hons) from Delhi University and is pursuing an MBA (HR) from Symbiosis Pune. Mr. Saini worked withIndraprastha Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. for 10 years as Centre Manager and with Gupta Multispecialty hospital as Marketing and Admin Head. Mr. Saini also recently completed his MBA in Human Resources from SCDL Pune.
As clinic manager at Intermed, Jyotish’s responsibilities include providing leadership, direction and administration of all the aspects of clinic activities so as to ensure quality patient care and comply with established objectives with realization of quality and economical healthcare services and appropriate financial return. Additionally, he is in charge of operation and maintenance of the centre, footfall generation, revenue enhancement, budget needs, managing reports & daily MIS. Mr. Saini alsomanages rosters for doctors and clinic staff and handles TPA/encashment, settlement of discounts, rates with corporate, etc.
